The real question is, how to gain weight and muscle, muscle weight gain for a skinny person, requires working out those muscles. And because there is a lot of  information out there, it can be an overload for you, especially if you’re new to this.
So you’re told all you have to do is eat a lot to gain weight. Right!
As if it’s just a matter of eating, to overload your metabolism to gain weight fast. What I can tell you is, there is some truth to this, but not by stuffing yourself with junk food to gain weight fast. First of all it’s unhealthy and not effective at all. To naturally gain weight and build muscles you need a step by step action plan.That will force you to GAIN WEIGHT and Muscle Mass, even if you are underweight!

You just hurting yourself and achieve nothing..
